Job Title: Data Analyst

 

  • Gather project requirements and develop assessments/simulations to analyze results.
  • Maintain a database by collecting scores from various tools.
  • Analyze scores to establish industry benchmarks and norms for different markets.
  • Create dashboards using data visualization software like MS Power Apps/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • Develop strong communication skills, work effectively in teams, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Identify innovative ways to improve current methods and operate independently with domain knowledge.
  • Prior experience in operations and project management is required.
  • Manage stakeholders, provide status updates, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Contribute to training and development of junior analysts and support consulting assignments.

  • Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of statistical functions, Tableau, and business communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively with colleagues.
