About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Professional to join our team at WorldatWork India. Key Responsibilities:- Survey Programming & Data Collection: Independently program and manage surveys using platforms like Qualtrics or Voxco, ensuring accurate data collection and resolving technical issues.
- Data Preparation & Cleaning: Conduct data cleaning and preparation with minimal oversight, using tools like Excel, R, Python, or SPSS to ensure datasets are complete and ready for analysis.
- Basic Data Analysis: Perform descriptive and basic inferential statistical analysis independently, identifying key trends and patterns in the data and providing initial interpretations of research findings.
- Market Research & Secondary Data Analysis: Conduct secondary research on Total Rewards topics, industry trends, market conditions, competitor landscapes, and consumer behavior, analyzing third-party data sources and industry reports to deepen insights.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree: In a related field such as Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology, Social Psychology, Statistics, Business Analytics, Market Research, or another quantitative social science field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional-level experience in research, data analytics, or market research, with experience developing customer-facing deliverables and collaborating with marketing, product, or customer experience teams.
- Knowledge of Total Rewards programs: Familiarity with workplace research, human resources topics, and data visualization techniques.
- Data Visualization: Experience creating dashboards using R, Python, Tableau, or PowerBI.
