We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Senior Data Analyst. As a key member of our data management team, you will play a vital role in assisting internal teams and stakeholders with data analysis, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Contribute to the support and enhancement of our NextGen Drug Master Product MDM application\
  • Provide platform support and technical operations for the MDM Hub, including incident and problem management, minor enhancements, system monitoring, and issue troubleshooting\
  • Monitor jobs, scheduling, and notify downstream consumers on processing delays or failures\
  • Participate in the analysis of application requirements and provide design ideas to support business needs\
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and communicate status to appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned projects\
  • Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimating, technical design, documentation, deployment, and support\
  • Collaborate with Business teams, solution architects, enterprise architects, and developers on interpretation and translation of functional requirements into creative designs\
  • Ensure adherence to strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse\
  • Follow Agile development practices for project execution and ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices\
  • Agility to learn new tools and processes\
  • Strong Technical writing skills for updating supporting documentation, Knowledgebase articles, etc.\
  • Experience with ETL development and support, AWS experience is must, Glue, Lambda, S3\
  • 5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in coding and configuring Stibo STEP to implement Master Data Management applications or equivalent MDM tool experience\
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management and specifically Product Master Data management will be a plus\
  • Experience working in a global setting, especially for US, EU, APAC, JAPAN markets is a plus\
  • Experience in using ServiceNow and knowledge of incident request management will be a plus\
  • Demonstrates openness to learning and developing, takes responsibility for their own development and growth\
  • A graduate degree in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science from an accredited university\
  • 5 years of experience to design, build, and maintain systems and solve complex master data management operations and support activities\
  • 5 years of ETL development and support experience\
  • Experience in the Biotech Pharmaceutical Industry is a must\
  • Knowledge of Master Data Management and specifically Product Master Data management will be a plus\
  • Experience working in a global setting, especially for US, EU, APAC, JAPAN markets is a plus\
  • Experience in using ServiceNow and knowledge of incident request management will be a plus\
  • Demonstrates openness to learning and developing, takes responsibility for their own development and growth\
