Job Title:
Interior Space Creative Lead

 

We are looking for a seasoned interior design professional who is not just a creative mind but also a dependable executor. The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with clients.

The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. They should maintain familiarity with the latest interior design trends and technologies to provide the best ideas for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing interior design concepts based on client requirements and expectations
  • Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends, technologies, and materials
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful project execution
  • Taking ownership of projects and leading teams to deliver high-quality results

 

Successful candidates will possess 5+ years of experience handling on-site project execution, strong client interaction & presentation skills, proficiency in BOQ preparation and vendor coordination, deep market and material knowledge, and the ability to take ownership and grow with our organization.
