Job Title: Senior Molecular Biotechnologist

Lead the synthesis of high-quality oligonucleotides for various therapeutic and diagnostic programs. Utilize your expertise in molecular biology to design, develop, and optimize synthesis protocols.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of experts as a PhD-level Scientific Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and troubleshoot automated solid-phase synthesis processes.
  • Scale up synthesis reactions to achieve high coupling efficiencies.
  • Purify and characterize oligonucleotides using HPLC, PAGE, CE, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and MS techniques.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive method development and quality control initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. + 2–5 years of experience in oligonucleotide synthesis and analysis.
  • A strong foundation in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification methods, and analytical techniques.
  • Bonus: Experience with modified or therapeutic oligonucleotides, digital PCR/BEAMing would be advantageous.
