We are seeking a visionary UX/UI Designer to spearhead the creation of engaging user experiences for our core Fintech product. This strategic role demands a creative thinker who can effectively communicate design ideas and drive the development of intuitive, user-centric interfaces.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both Webflow and Figma, with a proven ability to craft high-quality, pixel-perfect designs that meet the evolving needs of our users. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Owning and managing the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  2. Translating complex financial concepts into simple, accessible user interfaces.
  3. Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven user personas.
  4. Developing wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  5. Maintaining a comprehensive design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.

This role also involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into beautiful, functional user interfaces. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining exceptional web experiences using Webflow, ensuring exceptional performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

  • Design and build scalable, reusable component structures and layouts within Webflow.
  • Manage and structure Webflow's CMS for various content types.
  • Implement custom interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging web experiences.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services into our Webflow sites as needed.
