HR Regional Lead for India

Job Description:
">This Regional HR Business Partner will provide strategic advice on HR matters related to the India region. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of local employment laws and regulations, as well as experience in implementing HR initiatives that align with global business goals.

- This is a key partner role in driving the implementation of people priorities for the India region">
- The Regional HR Business Partner will work closely with People Leaders and employees to develop and implement HR strategies that meet the needs of the Indian market">
- The successful candidate will have experience in supporting talent development needs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives">
- They will also support the deployment of local training and development programs, ensuring their successful implementation within the India region">
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic advice on HR matters related to the India region, including local employment laws, compliance, and regulatory issues">
- Support the enterprise strategy by ensuring the successful implementation of HR initiatives that align with global business goals while being tailored to the needs of the Indian region">
- Collaborate and partner with employee relations teams to resolve issues, create positive employee relations environments, and ensure alignment with legal and organizational standards">
- Coach People Leaders on best practices for managing people, performance, and career development">
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes by leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools to streamline HR operations, increase efficiency, and improve the employee experience">
What We're Looking For:

- Expert knowledge in local employment laws, including labor regulations, compliance, and HR best practices">
- Experience in implementing HR initiatives that align with global business goals, particularly in the Indian market">
- HR generalist expertise, with at least 8 years of progressive HR experience in a regional advisory role">
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with both leadership and employees">
- Data-driven decision making, with the ability to analyze HR data and make informed decisions that support business outcomes">
