Job Title: Retoucher & Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled detail-oriented Retoucher to oversee quality assurance and manage project workflows in a fast-paced environment.

This is an ideal position for someone with strong image editing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate projects across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images.
  • Review and QA final images before client delivery to ensure consistency and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestones.
  • Track daily workflows and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Develop and enforce retouching SOPs and style guides.
  • Provide feedback to junior retouchers as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional photo retouching experience.
  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with DAM systems or automation tools.
