Shooting Coach

Our school is seeking a qualified and experienced Shooting Coach to lead our structured shooting program.

• Skill Development: To develop a comprehensive shooting program that promotes skill, discipline, and excellence in the sport.
• Age Groups: Train students across various age groups to nurture talent for competitive levels.
• Techincal Skills: Ensure safety, technique, and holistic development through the sport.

Key Responsibilities

• Design age-appropriate training sessions for beginners, intermediate, and advanced shooters.
• Focus on developing technical, tactical, and mental skills required in shooting sports.
• Identify and nurture talent for district, state, national, and international competitions.
• Provide individualized guidance to enhance performance and confidence.

Program Development & Leadership

• Establish a structured shooting curriculum integrated with our school's vision.
• Promote shooting as a focus of concentration, discipline, and precision.
• Coordinate event participation and talent promotion with school management.
• Ensure inclusivity, encouraging both recreational and competitive participation.

Safety & Facility Management

• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols at all times.
• Oversee maintenance of shooting range, equipment, and accessories.
• Maintain records of equipment usage, servicing, and inventory.
• Train students in responsible use and care of equipment.

Assessment & Reporting

• Monitor student performance and progress.
• Share feedback and progress reports with students, parents, and leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, performance outcomes, and competition results.

Events & Competitions

• Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school, and external competitions.
• Organize shooting events, demonstrations, and awareness programs.
• Build pathways for aspiring professional shooters.

Professional Development

• Stay updated with latest techniques and regulations in shooting sports.
• Network with federations and sports bodies to expand opportunities.
• Continuously enhance coaching methods and strategies through training and certifications.
