Job Title: Data Analyst / Data Scientist

Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned data professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving business decisions through actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Acquisition and Integration:
    • Identify and integrate structured and unstructured data from diverse sources to gain comprehensive insights.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable business insights that drive growth and improvement.
  • Predictive Modeling and Analytics:
    • Design and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to optimize business performance.
  • Dashboards and Reporting:
    • Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Strategy:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and define new opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience: 4-7 years of experience in Data Science or Data Analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R (knowledge of Java/Scala/C++ is a plus).
  • Data Mining and Visualization: Proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects.
  • Big Data and ETL: Familiarity with big data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, Databricks, etc., and ETL processes.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
