Key Role:

As a seasoned Workday Expenses professional, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining expenses configuration and enhancing the overall user experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize expense policies to resolve issues within the Workday expenses module.
  • Thoroughly test new features and create insightful reports to support both domestic and international areas of the Workday product.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, collaborating with COE(s) to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead finance expenses workstream(s) to design, configure, test, and deploy business processes and solutions based on industry leading practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data gathering, testing, and communication with key stakeholders and internal Business Systems teams.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Workday expenses experience with proficiency in the use of Workday HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday expense configuration, security administration, business process configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
  • Proven functional expertise in the Expense module, including awareness of what Workday can and cannot do, familiarity with delivered functionality and reports, and experience performing administrative tasks in Workday.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Participate in Workday releases, assessing new features and recommending adoption strategies for Talent Management modules.
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems.
