Job Summary

">Lead GxP Management System Specialist

Leverage your expertise to establish and maintain the GxP management system across multiple ARD Line Units, serving as a key liaison between local QA teams and line units. Represent the ARD in GxP-related committees and networks, fostering collaboration and driving best practices.

Manage compliance and project activities, providing guidance and coaching to team members while participating in sub-teams to achieve overall TRD goals and objectives.

Oversee team and project performance to meet customer expectations, ensuring alignment with quality, ethics, health, safety, environment, protection, and information security standards.

Monitor quality exception management, driving timely completion of tasks and projects. Support training programs and SOP implementation, focusing on GMP, GLP, QM, HSE, ISRM, and Novartis Guidelines.

Develop and write protocols, scientific reports, lab procedures, and process-related SOPs, producing high-quality documents for external partners and registration purposes.
