Business Intelligence Developer - Data Integration Specialist

Our organization seeks an expert in data integration and business intelligence to join our team. This highly skilled individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ETL projects using SAP Business Objects Data Services and Informatica.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in analysis, design, and development of ETL projects. They should have at least 7 years of experience in the following areas:

  • Analysis, Design, and Development in ETL projects
  • SAP Business Objects Data Services and Informatica
  • Documenting business requirements, functional, technical specifications, and test cases

Responsibilities include working as a team member or individually with minimal supervision, adapting to new environments, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with end-users, managers, and technical personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong Analytics/Data Warehouse experience using SAP Business Objects Data Services/ Data Integrator 4.0 or above for data migration & data quality
  • Integration of BODS with SAP modules (SAP ECC, BW, and HANA) and Non-SAP data sources
  • Working knowledge of SAP BW on HANA, Native HANA, SAP ECC Functional (FI, OTC)
  • SDLC knowledge including entire life cycle of analysis, design, build, test, and deployment
  • Manage a sizable team of onsite and offshore and accountable for deliverables

This role involves hands-on experience in creating complex Jobs, Work Flows, Data Flows, and Scripts using various Transforms (Integrator, Quality, and Platform) to successfully load data from multiple sources into a desired target. They will also have experience in cleansing the data using Data Quality transforms with coding contributions to deliverables using SAP DS, SQL, Script development, and all Data Integration and Platform transformations.
