Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer experience from project inception to handover, resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution, empowering team members to tackle ground-level problems.
  • Lead by example, empowering your team and hiring top talent to strengthen your regional presence.
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes, SOPs, and standards to provide a standardized customer experience.
  • Drive Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Overall CSAT Score, and swift escalation resolution.
Expertise and Qualifications
  • PREFERRED: NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools
  • 7-12 years of work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries
  • Proven people management skills with direct team reporting experience
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strategic alliance and business partnership management through builders, architects, and interior consultants
