Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Production Planning & Dispatch Manager at Isha Life Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in production planning, material coordination, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning:

- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet sales and operational requirements, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing delays.
- Conduct thorough demand forecasting, taking into account historical data, seasonal trends, and market analysis to determine raw material, packaging, and labor needs.

2. Material Planning and Coordination:

- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely ordering and receipt of materials, maintaining optimal stock levels and reducing waste.
- Analyze material lead times and implement just-in-time (JIT) availability strategies for production, minimizing storage costs and improving efficiency.

3. Inventory Planning and Management:

- Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits to prevent shortages or overstocking, and optimizing inventory turnover rates for maximum profitability.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, guaranteeing product integrity and customer satisfaction.

4. Production Control:

- Monitor production progress in real-time, identifying deviations or delays, and implementing corrective actions to maintain schedules and deadlines.
- Foster collaboration with maintenance teams to minimize unplanned downtime, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing productivity.
