Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Finance Manager to join our team at Fusion Microfinance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our treasury operations and ensuring seamless financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalize book debt statements and reports for lenders in a timely manner.
  • Assist in finalizing loan documentation and facilitate facility ailment.
  • Prepare data for RBI reporting and covenants/compliance data for respective banks.
  • Finalize CA certificates and audit-related data.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of funds flow and cash flow, as well as team handling and management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-12 years of experience in treasury finance or a related field.
  • MBA (Finance) degree or equivalent qualification.
