We are seeking a talented and experienced Storage Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, this individual will play a crucial role in designing and implementing storage systems that align with business requirements and IT objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the organization's storage strategy by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address storage infrastructure needs.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to storage infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
  • Define and enforce storage standards, policies, and best practices to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Design, implementation, configuration, and administration of mission-critical Fiber Channel Storage Systems to meet business demands.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of new storage systems and expansions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Plan and execute data migrations and storage upgrades with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for storage configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting to support efficient issue resolution.
  • Management and Maintenance: Proactively monitor storage infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability to prevent potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Automation and Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for automation of storage-related tasks and implement scripting or tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize storage infrastructure for performance, cost-effectiveness, and resource utilization to ensure alignment with business goals.
