Senior SharePoint Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to lead our team in delivering exceptional SharePoint solutions. As a Senior SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying SharePoint solutions, Power Platform integrations, and web parts built with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop SharePoint solutions, Power Platform integrations, and web parts using SPFx
  • Support and enhance SharePoint environments, including Office 365 services like Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Teams
  • Work closely with business users to understand their requirements and build custom solutions
  • Ensure the security and governance of the SharePoint environment
  • Analyze business requirements and communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

SharePoint Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online/On-Premise, including SPFx, SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE), and building custom web parts

Power Platform Proficiency

  • Strong experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, and integrating them with SharePoint to automate workflows and build user-friendly business applications

Development Skills

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related web technologies (HTML, CSS)
  • Experience in modern web development frameworks and techniques used in SharePoint custom development

Security and Governance

  • Knowledge of SharePoint security models, permissions management, and compliance policies
  • Experience with SharePoint governance frameworks and best practices for Office 365 environments

Communication Skills

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
