About the Role

We are seeking experienced financial analysts to contribute to financial reporting, analysis and process improvements. This is a remote role that requires availability during eastern standard time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain and automate recurring revenue and expense reports.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership and business partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design dashboards and data views.

Data Management & Accuracy

  • Extract data from ERP, BI tools and databases for reporting.
  • Reconcile data between systems and ensure accuracy of classifications and coding.
  • Maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

Process & Timeliness

  • Track and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
  • Standardise reporting processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close with revenue and expense analysis.

Experience Levels:

  • For 3+ Years' Experience (Mid-Level Role):
    • A strong foundation in financial reporting and analysis.
    • The ability to work independently on recurring reporting and ad-hoc requests.
    • Exposure to FP&A or revenue accounting preferred.
  • For 5+ Years' Experience (Senior Role):
    • Advanced expertise in FP&A, operational finance or revenue accounting.
    • Experience leading reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.
    • Strong SQL/database skills for data extraction and analysis.
    • The ability to partner with leadership to provide strategic financial insights.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
  • A strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FP&A or revenue accounting experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
