As a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving best-practice solutions and strategy for the organisation.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the ServiceNow platform as Product Owner.

You will engage with stakeholders across business, IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective governance.

  • Establish standards for development, upgrades, and integrations
  • Cultivate strong relationships with ServiceNow vendors and partners
  • Develop data-driven insights through KPIs, dashboards, and success measures

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office. We seek a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role focused on the ServiceNow platform.
