Quality Assurance Engineer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance (QA) professional to spearhead our testing efforts and ensure the highest standards of quality in our products.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in server-side testing, particularly on Unix/Linux platforms, as well as a deep understanding of usability testing for user interfaces.
  • A strong background in automation testing, preferably using Java, Selenium, and JUnit, is also highly desirable.
  • Beyond technical skills, we are looking for individuals who can think critically, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues
  • Developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to optimize testing efficiency
  • Collaborating with development teams to resolve defects and improve product quality
  • Providing regular status updates and recommendations for process improvements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation and server-side testing
  • Expert-level knowledge of testing tools and methodologies, including agile development principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional growth, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
