Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum

Job Description:

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs. You will conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring intuitive user interfaces that optimize user interaction and experience.

You will also ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms. Additionally, you will iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and industry best practices. To stay ahead of the curve, you will keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Effective communication is key in this role, as you will need to present design ideas, concepts, and rationale to team members and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 4-7 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work;
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software;
  • A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices;
  • Experience with user research techniques, usability testing, and user interface prototyping;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment;
  • The ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
