    As Technical Lead, you will drive technical initiatives that scale our core systems, balance existing business logic with new innovations, and ensure high reliability and performance across mission-critical components.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of backend features with high accountability.
  • Drive technical execution for backend modules and lead delivery across the team.
  • Enhance and evolve existing backend systems with scalable architecture patterns and thoughtful refactoring.
  • Architect high-performance services using Java and Spring Boot, built for scale and uptime.
  • Work closely with DevOps to ensure production readiness with robust monitoring and alerting practices on AWS.
  • Partner with technical peers, product managers, and occasionally with customer-facing teams to ensure alignment of business and tech priorities.

    Requirements:

    To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 7–10 years of backend experience, with recent hands-on development in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Proven experience building and scaling systems to handle high throughput, low latency, and event-driven architecture.
  • Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure components: EC2, S3, RDS, SQS, VPC, and more.
  • Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance tuning.
