Job Title\

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, with experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Office 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Implement and manage Microsoft Office 365 solutions, including Intune and Windows365.\
  • Create and troubleshoot Intune policies.\
  • Deploy and manage Windows updates using Intune.\
  • Configure security features on hostpools using Defender for Endpoint.\
  • Collaborate with Security teams to monitor Security scores using Defender for 365 and Identity Sentinel.\
  • Apply updates in small batches, minimizing impact on work sessions.\
    • Requirements:\
      • \
      • 4-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure.\
      • In-depth knowledge of Azure services, including AAD, AADS, Policies, Backup, and Azure Firewall.\
      • Experience with other VDI Solutions, such as Citrix and VMware Horizon.\
      • AZ104 and AZ900 Certification preferred.\
      • Good analytical and communication skills, with a willingness to take ownership of projects.
