Job Summary

We are seeking an expert in Transport Management Systems Integration to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for designing and implementing seamless integrations between our Transport Management System (TMS) and other external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • API Integration: Collaborate with our team to build and maintain APIs that enable data exchange between the TMS and other systems, ensuring reliable data flow.
  • Carrier Configuration: Set up carrier accounts, service levels, and related options to ensure rates, labels, and shipments behave as intended.
  • Warehouse & Location Configuration: Configure warehouse locations and settings to match routing and fulfillment practices.
  • Shipping Policy Implementation: Develop business rules for service selection, packaging, SLAs, returns, and special handling where applicable.
  • Logistics Frameworks: Apply correct HS Codes, Dangerous Goods designations, and inventory segmentation in day-to-day configuration.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with a TMS or equivalent system.
  • Practical experience integrating systems via APIs.
  • Real-world configuration of carriers, warehouse locations, and shipping policies.
  • Working knowledge of HS Codes, Dangerous Goods, and inventory segmentation.
