Architectural Visionary Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles and be able to create clear diagrams using AutoCAD.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Architect with expertise in creating detailed plans and drawings that clearly outline the architectural design of a project.
  • This individual should have in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and effectively communicate with necessary stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive architectural designs and blueprints for residential projects.
  • Collaborate with various teams to establish project goals, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
  • Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in architecture.
  • Proficiency in English and Kannada languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture.
  • Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Experience in Residential projects.
