Job Title

Medical device packaging specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medical devices to patients. In this key position, you will be responsible for supporting technical activities such as running engineering tests, performing biocompatibility on packaging, and assessing sterilization impacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support engineers with testing protocols, test planning, and report documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, focusing on sustainability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality packaging materials and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in Packaging or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing regulated environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead technical assessments and generate reports.
