**Job Overview:**

A career opportunity has arisen for an experienced automotive professional to create end-to-end diagnostic content for various systems, including engine management, electric and hybrid systems, brake control, infotainment, ADAS, transmission, HVAC, and airbags.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and creating workflow or test sequences using integrated development environments like BDX or Grade-X
  • Evaluating OE diagnostic data, deriving useful insights, and implementing them in target testers
  • Validating implemented diagnostic content on-vehicle and creating test reports
  • Benchmarking and reverse engineering of aftersales and aftermarket diagnostic testers
  • Coverage evaluation of aftermarket testers by performing tests on various vehicle brands and systems, in different markets, and creating test reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including sub-systems and components
  • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicles, making them roadworthy
  • Ability to understand OE system description, service, and repair manuals
  • Ability to independently handle diagnostic testers
  • Good knowledge of wiring diagrams and conventions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in aftersales vehicle service, diagnostics, and troubleshooting preferably in OEM dealerships/workshops
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive diagnostic content development
  • Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech-Automobile/Mechanical
