Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the development and implementation of machine learning solutions across our organization.

This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining project roadmaps, and driving the adoption of best practices in model development, testing, and deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, leadership experience, and expertise in designing scalable, production-ready ML systems.

  • Lead Machine Learning Engineering Team: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Develop and Implement ML Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps and drive the adoption of best practices in model development, testing, and deployment.
  • Drive Adoption of Best Practices: Ensure that solutions are optimized for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability in a cloud-native environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in the field of machine learning and AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling ML engineering teams and delivering large-scale ML projects.
  • Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and statistical modeling techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of data structures, software engineering principles, and system design.
  • Experience with distributed computing and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch , or Keras .
