About the Role:
As an interviewer on our platform, you will enjoy flexibility in your schedule. You can choose to work during weekdays or weekends, between 6 AM and 12 AM. This is not a forced time schedule; you decide which interviews you want to take up.
We ensure confidentiality and data privacy. Your profile will never be shared with customers, and you will never be mapped to a candidate from your current company. We also offer payment flexibility, allowing you to select specific dates for payment and display upfront payment for every interview. Additionally, all interviews are conducted online, and we do not require offline visits.
This role offers easy integration into your existing schedule, requiring only one-time efforts to share your expectations. The process involves a 15-minute call to discuss your expectations and a 5-10 minute video to familiarize yourself with our portal. As an interviewer, you may also receive employment opportunities, including part-time and full-time job offers, while maintaining confidentiality. Once you approve these opportunities, we will connect you back to the requester. Ultimately, this role provides a continuous part-time income in a highly confidential manner, along with opportunities to create part-time/full-time employment opportunities.
