Key Role: Deputy Manager

  • Ensuring unit and support function cost performance is reviewed regularly against budget and rolling estimates.
  • Establishing yearly budgets, rolling forecasts, and targets for EU/support functions.
  • Analyzing variances compared to budget and estimate and discussing with EU heads/teams for variances and cost planning.
  • Uploading financial data into the budget tool.
  • Posting provisional journal entries month on month by taking inputs from EU functions.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, or quarterly HC reports for the entire organization and analyzing and reporting against budget.
  • Providing travel MIS along with variance reporting for actual vs budget and latest estimate.
  • This role involves key responsibilities including finance and accounts, revenue recognition, contract understanding, budgeting, forecasting, and Excel efficiency.

Qualifications

A CA, MBA degree is required for this position.
