Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Microservices Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing microservices-based architecture, with a focus on performance, resilience, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and efficient microservices-based systems
  • Develop and maintain APIs using Swagger Open API specs and YAML definitions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of microservices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in microservices architecture

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architecture
  • At least 1-2 project experience in Domain Driven Design techniques for Microservices architecture, preferably in Retail ecommerce domain
  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework for developing microservices
  • Familiarity with various Java frameworks related to Observability, Caching, Integration with Event Bus Platforms, Key Vault etc.
  • Experience in building Event Driven Architecture solutions with any Event Bus platform like Kafka, Azure service bus, AWS Kinesis/MSK etc.
  • Strong understanding of Build tools like Maven, Gradle, CI-CD pipeline deployments using Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitLab etc.
