Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead teams to perform tasks.

  • Engage with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team, enhancing overall performance.
  • Monitor project progress, implementing necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must-have skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Good-to-have skills: Experience with Cloud Data Integration, Microsoft Azure PaaS.
  • Strong understanding of database design and management principles.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements:

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server and a 15-year full-time education. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
