About this Position

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models that solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data experts, software engineers, and product teams to transform data-driven insights into production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Deploy models into production using best practices and cloud platforms.
  • Clean, preprocess, and transform structured and unstructured data.
  • Implement feature selection, extraction, and dimensionality reduction techniques.
  • Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into applications and services.
  • Automate pipelines for model retraining and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas).
  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks.
  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms for AI deployments.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, MLflow, Kubeflow).
