  • Job Title: Learning Strategy Coordinator
  • This is a pivotal role that involves coordinating the development and deployment of global training curricula. It requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
  • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to analyze competency/training gaps, as well as create effective training development roadmaps.
  • An added responsibility will be to build strong links between competency matrices and learning curricula, identifying weak areas and proposing corrective actions.
  • The successful candidate will also oversee training definition, design, and developments, including updates/enhancements of training materials in partnership with Subject Matter Experts and external agencies.
  • Liaison with Alstom University will be necessary to ensure timely deployment of training programs, monitoring participation and feedback, and proposing corrective actions accordingly.
  • Another key aspect of this role is maintaining the Academy page, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest job roles and available trainings, and overseeing the onboard coordination of new trainers based on needs.
  • A critical component of this position will be supporting communication and sharing updates/best practices and associated tools to community Métier leaders.
  • Frequent monitoring of training quality and participation through KPIs will be essential, alongside follow-up deployment strategies and training effectiveness.
