About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Researcher to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As a key member of our Analytical Sciences team, you will be responsible for providing analytical expertise to support the development of new products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical expertise to support product development and stability projects
- Collaborate with product development scientists and procurement teams to qualify raw materials and draft product specifications
- Coordinate with external labs and institutes for advanced analytical techniques
- Analyze raw materials, experimental formulas, and finished products to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
- Develop and validate analytical methods, and transfer them to manufacturing sites
- Perform routine analysis using analytical instrumentation in a cGMP environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytical instrumentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
