NOC Messaging Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced NOC Messaging Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network operations, managing and troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VOIP technologies, including familiarity with SIP and RTP protocols, as well as experience in A2P SMS technologies, including SMPP and TCP/IP protocols, and proficiency in PCAP analysis. They will also possess excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work flexible hours, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
The role involves proactive network maintenance, immediate issue resolution, and supporting enterprise-level communication and messaging solutions. The successful candidate will be engaged in a fast-paced environment where they will prioritize network alarms and incidents to fulfill KPI commitments.
Job Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain network operations

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in VOIP technologies
- Minimum of 1 year experience in A2P SMS technologies
