">Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Network Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our network systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance network systems by applying service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations across network and server environments.
  • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, resolving incidents across Network, Wireless, Firewall, DNS, DHCP, and LAN with precision—occasionally during major outages outside standard hours.
  • Lead operations across medium-to-high complexity issues by leveraging structured change management processes and collaborating closely with Network Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A strong track record in network operations with expertise in network hardware/software analysis and architectural decisions.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages, preferably SolarWinds, for infrastructure visibility and provisioning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with comfort in customer-facing interactions, incident documentation, and formal presentations.
  • Sector-specific experience, particularly in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or highly regulated industries.
