ICT Patent Expert

Our team is seeking a skilled Patent Specialist to join our ranks. This role involves drafting patent applications for inventions in the field of information and communication technologies.

• Drafting patent applications requires a deep understanding of the technical aspects of ICT, including its latest developments and trends.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering prosecution projects, which includes formulating response strategies for office actions and drafting complete responses.
• This position also involves drafting provisional specifications and patent applications with well-crafted claim sets that meet US and EP patent standards.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/technology from a reputable institution.
• Excellent domain knowledge in the ICT field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution, with at least 2 years of experience in patent drafting for the US jurisdiction.
