Key Responsibilities- To develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for a leading luxury retailer to expand its enormous audience digitally.
- Build and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, managing online presence, digital performance, innovation, and customer relationship systems.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Research market trends, demographics, competitors, and other relevant information to form digital marketing strategies.
- Create a Digital Marketing roadmap, setting goals & milestones for marketing, brand stewardship, customer experience & demand generation for each area.
