Senior Credit Control Specialist

Job Overview:
Lead and manage the credit evaluation and control function to ensure timely collection of receivables, minimize credit risk, and maintain healthy cash flow while supporting business growth and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of experienced credit controllers across head office and regional offices, defining and implementing credit control procedures and strategies to manage divisional credit exposure.
- Liaise with the finance function to drive working capital optimization, receivables forecasting accuracy, and reduction in Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Define and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Coach and support the credit evaluation and control team in managing day-to-day activities using the Accounts Receivable solution, expediting collection of doubtful debts through a defined escalation workflow and timely exception handling.
