Key Responsibilities

  • Align Campaigns with Business Objectives: Collaborate with growth, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Implement Data-Driven Methodologies: Introduce attribution modeling, incrementality analysis, and lifetime value optimization techniques to drive sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 7 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven history of scaling campaigns.
  • Advanced Analytics Expertise: In-depth knowledge of multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • CRO and Attribution Modeling Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation principles.
