Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Visual Communications Specialist to join our marketing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating engaging visuals across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Conceptualization: Develop innovative visual concepts for social media posts, ad creatives, brochures, infographics, posters, and presentations.
  • Visual Content Development: Create engaging visuals for campaigns, events, and learning programs.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design outputs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative concepts.
  • UI/UX Design: Work on UI/UX-related designs (basic knowledge preferred).
  • Motion Graphics: Create motion graphics, GIFs, and simple video edits (added advantage).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Visual Communications Specialist (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
