Network Marketer

This role is ideal for someone with experience in building and managing grassroots networks, affiliate growth, or community marketing in the fintech sector.

As a Network Marketer, you will be responsible for creating and managing referral-driven, community-led, and partnership-based growth strategies to expand our reach and adoption across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute network-based marketing channels, including referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations
  • Drive grassroots adoption campaigns by leveraging communities, associations, and local groups
  • Create reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth
  • Identify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech spaces
  • Track and analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures)
  • Represent us in local meetups, webinars, and community events to build credibility and visibility
  • Educate potential users and partners on our product offerings and benefits through network-based outreach
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs
  • Strong connections in fintech or digital communities (groups, etc.)
  • Understanding of performance-based growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI on referral campaigns)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to mobilize communities and turn users into brand advocates
