Senior Embedded Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced engineering expert to lead our embedded systems practice. As a seasoned professional, you will have extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices, AI implementation in the Engineering process, and play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in our projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience in embedded system development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. They should be proficient in programming languages such as C/C++, familiar with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS), and have a good understanding of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures and communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
The successful candidate will also have knowledge of FPGA, System design, verification and validation, and test automation. Additionally, they should be familiar with Agile development methodologies and have a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on embedded system design, development, and implementation. Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes to ensure optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems. Drive innovation by proposing new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Share knowledge through workshops and seminars.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in embedded system development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, familiarity with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Experience in embedded systems development with good understanding of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures and communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
- Knowledge of FPGA, System design, verification and validation, and test automation.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IoT applications and gen AI integration.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices related to embedded systems.
