Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our IT Software sales efforts, focusing on IoT and SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the technical specifications and procurement processes in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, MEP consultants, and PMC communities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including facility managers, consultants, and architects.
  • Generate leads and take ownership of the sales journey, from lead generation to closure.
  • Apply consultative sales skills to build relationships with stakeholders and provide accurate sales activity tracking and status on CRM.
  • Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales activity reports.
Requirements
  • At least 35 years of experience in IoT and SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of the technical specifications and procurement processes in the industry.
  • Experience working directly with facility managers, consultants, architects, and PMC communities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on sales and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Well-organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Education and Experience
  • Good to have experience working on CRM tools, B2B portals, and education in BBA, BCA, or Engineering degree or equivalent.
