We are seeking a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer to bring innovative visual ideas to life.

The ideal candidate is proficient in motion graphic design and possesses advanced expertise in video editing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Translate concepts and storyboards into dynamic, engaging visual content that aligns with brand identity.
  • Work with advanced techniques such as rotoscoping, masking, keying (chroma removal), tracking and compositing to enhance motion content.

Video Editing:

  • Edit raw footage into polished video content, incorporating clean cuts, good transitions and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
  • Maintain a keen eye for pacing, timing and rhythm to deliver engaging visual narratives.
  • Ensure smooth integration of sound, graphics, text and motion elements for a cohesive output.

Software Proficiency:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
  • Must be proficient and experienced in working exclusively on Mac OS environment.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content, photography, design and digital marketing to develop cohesive multimedia deliverables.
  • Incorporate feedback from team members and management to refine output.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Prioritize and organize work effectively to handle various design requests.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar senior creative role.
  • A compelling portfolio/showreel that demonstrates advanced motion design and video editing capabilities.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or multimedia design.

Additional Advantage:

  • Prior experience in production or studio environments will be considered an added advantage.
