  • Presents job offers and negotiates compensation packages in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintains a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
  • Organizes and participates in recruitment events to promote the employer brand.
  • Provides regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management and department heads.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Manages candidate onboarding, ensuring seamless completion of necessary documentation.
