Job Title: Salesforce Data Integration Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Integration Developer to lead the design and implementation of a robust data integration solution between our SAP and Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex data structures, identify data sources, and create detailed data mapping specifications to align with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain robust data integration solutions using Salesforce's native tools (e.g., ETL, APIs, Apex, Visualforce) and third-party integration platforms.
  • Design, develop, and deploy managed packages to encapsulate data integration components and streamline deployment processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce data with SAP data models, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across systems.
  • Implement data quality best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness throughout the integration process.
  • Optimize data integration processes for performance and scalability to meet growing business demands.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation for data integration processes and offer ongoing support to end-users.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of data integration solutions.
Requirements:
  • Salesforce.com Certification (SF.com Certified)
  • 9-12 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on data integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Salesforce managed packages, and APIs.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce data integration tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce data migration and synchronization processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP data models and integration techniques.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/SAP CRM is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
