Graphic Design Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled graphic designer who can take on a leadership role within our creative team. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for executing high-quality designs while mentoring and guiding junior designers to meet the same standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent visual skills, experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, and a portfolio of exceptional work. Additionally, they should be able to manage workload independently while providing feedback and support to their colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Execution:
    • Produce high-quality creative assets, including social media graphics, PDFs, decks, campaign visuals, ads, and storyboards.
    • Work on critical, high-priority projects directly to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Adapt designs quickly for different platforms (social, web, video, etc.), ensuring performance and usability.
    • Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.
  • Creative & Quality Oversight:
    • Review all creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Act as the quality gatekeeper to minimize revisions and ensure assets are client-ready before they reach project managers.
    • Provide clear, constructive feedback to the design team that raises the bar beyond 'baseline' execution.
  • Team & Project Support:
    • Mentor junior designers by sharing feedback rooted in design principles.
    • Help manage timelines, priorities, and workload allocation to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Partner with project managers and leadership to align creative execution with business and client needs.
    • Handle occasional queries related to creative assets, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mid-to-senior level graphic designer with exceptional visual skills and a portfolio of high-quality work.
  • Expert in graphic design, storyboarding, and campaign execution.
  • Confident in both executing and critiquing design work to professional standards.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable managing workload independently while also mentoring others.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and calm under pressure.
